



- A Professional Toastmaster will always
consult with you prior to your special occasion, talking through the
schedule of events for the day and putting your mind at rest with regard to
form, etiquette and protocol.
- He will offer
you sound advice on every aspect of your special event using his
knowledge and experience.
It is his
main duty, on your behalf, to ensure the smooth running of the event.
- On the day he will play an integral part
in co-ordinating proceedings and setting exactly the right tone and level of
formality for you and your guests.
- On every
occasion,
*Wedding*, *Charity Ball *,*Corporate Event*,or *Banquet*,
he will
make your guests
feel welcome and relaxed, dealing sympathetically with any issues that
may arise and offering a calming influence.
- At a
Wedding,
the Toastmaster will greet the Bride and her Escort on arrival. He will
organise receiving lines and announce guests. He will liaise with
banqueting managers, registrars, and photographers. At the Wedding
Breakfast he will announce the arrival of the new Bride and Bridegroom,
introduce the speeches, and the cutting of the cake, before at the
conclusion of the formal proceedings, escorting the Bride and Bridegroom
from the banqueting hall and advising your guests of arrangements for
the evening entertainment.
- At a
Charity Ball
or
Corporate Event, in addition to
assisting with speeches and introducing speakers or entertainers, he will
be happy to act as an auctioneer or assist with a raffle.
- The Toastmaster
is an event co-ordinator, guide, and diplomat. Whether there are
hundreds of guests or just a few dozen, the right Toastmaster will
always add style to the occasion.
